That's not a 914-6 line. That's for a 70s 911.

Word of warning.....if you use a maddog/rich johnson aftermarket motor mount for a six, the factory hard line won't work. The mount interferes with the location of the line.

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/agree.gif) Use the mad dog oem style mount I used the Maddog mount and a PMS oil line setup. mostly pleased with this |

I was working on this VERY issue this evening,
I also do not have the attach point pictures and the factory manual does not show their placement in the pictures. I believe the one with the right angle attaches at the engine mount lower left (the mount over the pulley) and the other is attached to the engine case towards the front..... Unless someone else provide a picture I will get one that matches my guesses,,,,,,, |

Long story as to why but I’m trying not to guess.
Good to know there’s no “easy answer. |

Hey Terry Gandalfs picture shows the correct mounting hardware perfectly. The larger clamp on the left attaches to an 8mm stud on the right chain housing. The other clamp with the small 90 degree bracket attaches to the front engine tin in front of the left chain housing. Rory |

Rory Rory, you are awesome, kinda figured this out - though - not quite sure, going to bolt it together now |
