As stated, I need the screws that hold the silver metal ring / flange to the horn pad and/or the horn pad pad with screws for my 75.

Not sure why the PO removed these screws and managed to break off 1 of them in the horn pad. Any tips for removing the broken off screw would also be appreciated.

I have the silver ring / flange and the black rubber thing for the horn.

What is the size, thread pitch, length and head type for the horn pad screws?

Q: Is the (fiber) washer in this pic one of the OEM screw insulators for the horn pad?

If anybody has close up pics of the horn pad screws and insulators both installed and apart, I'd really appreciate it.

Also need best practices for removing the broken screw in the horn pad.

The pic show the proper placement of the flat and stepped washers and two metal hornpad pieces prior to screwing the assembly to the hornpad. The flat washers go between the two metal pieces. This prevents grounding the horn circuit - the circuit is grounded when the mounted hornpad is pushed on either side causing the horn to sound.

The plastic washers replaced the brown bakelite stock ones that disintegrate over time.

Looking at those pics, I would start with a left-handed drill bit, just a bit smaller than the minor diameter of the screw.

I figured out the horn pad screw thread is standard pitch 4 mm. Does anybody have a pic of the screw to show length and type of screw head?
