I went a different route than Bens rockers, though have seen these elsewhere and their solid.

If you would like to go fiberglass, I was unhappy with the quality that was out there. We have a fiberglass modeler on-staff, and it took him (a professional) something like 40-60 hours to shape sand and fit mine. See my build thread for more info on the 'how and why'.

Because of that, once finished, we pulled molds of the finished product, PM me if you're interested. I have yet to fully 'put these out there for sale', but the time is right now.

I also went fiberglass on fiberglass rockers. Glue on sculpting foam, sculp to fit and glass over. Sand and paint. Works great because it will match your flares to a tee. MarkClick to view attachment Click to view attachmentClick to view attachment

If you want everything to line up the only option is custom metal or fiberglass work depending on what material you are working with.

Anyone interested can find most recent photos on my build thread. You will 100% need to fit them to your car as with all pieces. Every car / welder / flair is different, though I can offer a better product that isn't warped. Suggest that these are purchased before fabrication.

Main issue is that it appears other vendors are using a 'chop method' and pulling the parts out quicker - making them less resilient and poorer. My guy, who is a professional, spent alot of time on mine just to get them to a good baseline. Info on this on my build thread starting around page 44-46.

If you are adventurous it really was not that hard to flare the stock valance. Once the flare is installed you can make a template right off the bottom of the flare for the new top plate for the valance that has the right shape. I went slow

Not a GT replica valence but designed for flared cars. I personally think this is a very nice valence integration, although never seen on a factory car. The devil is in the detail. The lack of gap between the bottom of the bumper and the valence adds to the clean finish.

Yes it is. It bolts to the underside of the bumper.

I have one in my rafters and was thinking to actually modify the flared ends to fit a narrow body car. Way too many projects on my plate...

Good Idea - I've messaged several members, but let's jump in. I previously used to manage a similar kit for Ferrari-parts and this is a similar venture, easier in some ways.

For anyone interested in this - extending to the whole community...

I have experience on a similar-note with Ferrari parts, however this is a newer venture for me so for anyone up for it and flexible I'm happy to work out the initial-set. Currently I have the front valence (GT), Rocker-panels (GT), and rear-valence (GT) with dual-exhaust, single exhaust or no-cutout.

I'de like to prove how this is a better method of production (hand-laying) and a superior product. Looking at prices, I'de like to be competitive, and would offer the set as an initial-run of $800 + shipping. I don't have my online-store setup, so this would be similar to the run of oil-coolers I did a few years ago.

I'll give it just over 1-month to set this up and take a list of anyone interested, let's call it June 1. I think Ben Martin took photos of when we were putting these on my car - Traveling today for my day-job, posting the 'mold' photos I have on hand and will add the latest late (trying not to saturate a thread that isn't mine).

As James pointed out, custom fit is the answer. Pictures show how PMB had to lengthen the rear glass, most of the parts out there have been made from copies of copies and they shrink the most in the length. I believe we used Getty front and backs.
On my car we used Auto Alanta GT Rockers that were molded off of Georges 916. The fit was perfect because I went by his directions for my location of the flares based on his measurements.

Any part must be massaged to be perfect. Enrique’s set up may be the way to go ease of fitting.
