This Marklin Set of 4 Porsche 1/43 DieCast miniatures was exclusively available in 1992 at the Marklin Museum in Germany.
It came in a nice silver box with a certificate, including the following miniatures:

Porsche 910
Porsche 911
Porsche 914

Every now and then you might find such a set on eBay, but very rarely including the big blister and the certificate.
