Hi - after wanting one for a long time, just purchased my 1st 914. 1974 1.8 and I love it.

Looking for a reputable mechanic near me - I'm in Southeast PA near DE border. Thanks in advance.

My son is already wrangling for his own set of keys (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)Attached Image Attached Image Attached Image

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/welcome.png) Congrats! You bought a nice one. I know the previous owner. Solid guy, Solid car. Enjoy!

PS:
“Bill” took care of my 1.7 back in the day when I lived closer to his shop. He knows VWs pretty well. Maybe he can help you out.

I was referred to Mr B's in Kutztown to install rear wheel bearings on my '86 930. He had a 911 race car and a really nice 914 in the shop at the time.

That’s a nice looking 914....great color. @richmck914
Chris Radbill works on Porsches and knows 914’s very well. He’s located in West Chester which is very close to you. He’s worked on my ’74 2.0L.
