SOLD SOLD SOLD
Super fun! Runs and drives. Current registration. Title in my name. Newer paint. Wider rear quarter panels. 5 lug adapters. Real fuchs wheels. Weber Carbs. Specifics: Engine: -1.7L engine (according to the engine numbers) but previous owner said there was work done and it was bored to a 2.0. He didn't have paperwork so I'm not sure, but it's at the least a stock 1.7 possibly more. -Weber Carbs -Valve job done and valve cover gaskets from 914rubber recently installed -Timing recently set as well -Oil just changed Transmission: 901 side shift (the better one) trans. Recently replaced shiftrod seals Exterior: Newer paint (3 years old) looks great Widened rear quarter panels. Very unique stance, I really like it and it was a big plus for me when I was buying it to triple the horse power since I knew it would need wider rear tires. -unique smaller side markers that look 100x better than the originals in my opinion. Wheels/Suspension 5 lug adapters. Real Fuchs wheels in chrome that have been plastidipped black to (1) preserve the chrome, (2) give it some "attitude". Can be peeled off to go to the original chrome easily. Aftermarket rear shocks (can't remember off the top of my head but can look when I get a chance) Interior: -Brand new dash top from 914rubber -new side bolster leather for the seats from 914rubber -newer single din radio/cdplayer -newer speakers Bad: -hellhole has some rust but NO rust in the longs. Not nearly as bad as many hellholes, and much easier to fix than those with longs rust. ~1.5" hole under passenger floor- easy to patch -driver and passenger seat headrest material needs replacement -rear bumper top is cracked -small chip in corner of targa top -heater not currently working -speedo not working (i think just cable needs replacing) -Rear trunk lock not working, so shuts fine but doesn't lock -Tire tread is excellent, but the tires are older so cracking on the sides. -Bought tube seals to fix a very small leak but haven't installed, they will go with the car. -Salvage title. Previous owner said it's from theft. I don't know. No signs of frame damage. The car drives straight when aligned. Recently lowered the front end so it's off a bit but could have it corrected for future owner. It's a 46 year old car and it doesn't take much to salvage one, so it never bothered me when I bought it. It's been great! I've tried to be as honest as possible and remember little things. If I think of more I'll update the ad, both good and bad. If you have any questions and are a serious buyer don't hesitate to ask. More pics to come, but easiest to text or call for more info and pics. 805- six seven four- two 5 oh 5 Willing to ship Thanks! Attached thumbnail(s) |

You can see it hasn't gotten into the long, but some of the firewall needs replacement. I can pull the long cover off for the right person. It's been off before and it has 0 rust.
