Yes crazy as it sounds Im after a set of the tubes that screw into the late 75-76 heads that mate to the air injection "spider " pipe....

I think I can dig up a set for you. Got any of the large hose clamps for the air tubes in the front?

Edit:
Got this set. Drilled out the carbon as they were plugged solid and cleaned the threads.
Will these work for you ?

Rich, I found three that you can have… someone welded in the internal but can easily be drilled out.

I can drop them off on the weekend… so you need one more (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
